My thanks to Jackie for getting me listening to Ryan Adams. I'm obsessed with catching up with all his past work now, and especially like this song "Oh My Sweet Carolina."
There's something hypnotic and mournful about the tune, and the way he sings it.

This is badass. I love hearing live versions of songs. My wife's grandfather wears glasses just like those.... :)
I like Ryan Adams, but I hear he can be a bit of a diva.
One time at one of his shows, someone yelled "Play Summer of '69."
This must have been the 3,000 time that he had heard that, so he jumped off stage, took 30 bucks out of his wallet, gave it to the jokester, and told him to leave.
That being said, I'd prolly get pretty pissed, too, if people kept getting me mixed up with Brian Adams.

I am interested, if you got it. I like my rock/alt stars all dramatic! The best artists always are.
